Yes! Most of our products can be personalized with a name, date, or special design. Personalized products also make a wonderful gift idea.

A size chart is included with the product. If you are between two sizes or need help, you can always write to us for advice.

The production time for each piece varies depending on the complexity of the production, the availability of materials, and desired customizations.

For each product, the delivery time is stated in the description. This deadline is always given as maximum, as we strive to produce and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

If you need the product by a specific date, you can contact us at infovpuffi.si, and we will let you know if it is possible.

For special occasions and situations, we always do our best to fulfill customer wishes and, by arrangement, also enable priority production.

We ship throughout Slovenia and abroad. The package is dispatched as soon as the product is ready. We will notify you of the dispatch by e-mail.

You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order, without stating a reason.

Nevertheless, we would greatly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our products and services.

For several reasons.

We carefully select high-quality materials that retain their value and, unfortunately, become more expensive year after year. In a time when the world often leans towards quantity over quality, truly good materials are hard to find – but we persist in this and do not compromise on quality.

Each piece of clothing is made to order. This way, we avoid large inventories and follow a sustainable approach to production. Since we do not produce mass series, the cost of labor is also higher than in industrial production, where hundreds or thousands of identical pieces are made at once.

Our seamstresses work in a regulated, health-friendly environment and are fairly paid. Their pay is incomparably higher than that of cheap labor abroad, especially in Asian countries.

Several hours of precise work are required to make one piece.

The result of all this is the products you receive: carefully made, high-quality, and from materials that can serve you for years.

We recommend washing at low temperatures (30–40 °C) and air drying to preserve the quality and softness of the products.

Braids (braided bumpers, blankets, etc.) can be machine washed on a delicate cycle. We advise against using fabric softeners, as they can affect the material's structure. After washing, simply reshape them and dry them on a flat surface—they dry beautifully without stretching.
